Return Policy

1. Eligibility window

• Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier.
• Requests submitted outside this window will not be approved.
• Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 business days.
• Returns shipped after this period may be rejected.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved returns are subject to a $45 outbound shipping fee (even if the original order qualified for free shipping) and an 8% processing and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Runway Catalog is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected return packages.

2. Item condition

Returned items must arrive in their original condition, including all of the following:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Original designer tags attached
• Runway Catalog security tag intact and untampered
• Original packaging, dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, and accessories included where applicable
• No makeup marks, deodorant residue, perfume, damage, or any signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Inspection decisions are final.

3. Final sale items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Jewelry
• Intimates
• Bademode
• Geschenkgutscheine

Any attempt to return a Final Sale item will result in the item being returned to the customer at their expense.

4. Shipping, duties & taxes

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import-related charges are non-refundable.
• If applicable, customers may contact their local customs authority regarding the recovery of duties or taxes paid upon import. Runway Catalog does not issue these refunds.

5. Refund processing

• All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt.
• Please allow 1–4 business days after inspection for your return to be processed.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable deductions outlined in this policy.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

6. Klarna purchases

Orders placed using Klarna are subject to the same return eligibility requirements, inspection standards, Final Sale exclusions, and applicable deductions described in this policy.

7. Important notice

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals that contradict this policy may result in:

• Submission of supporting documentation to the payment provider.
• Permanent restriction of future purchases.
• Refusal of future service.
