What is Runway Catalog Rewards?
Runway Catalog Rewards is our loyalty program, designed to reward you for shopping with us. Members earn RC Points on eligible purchases and can redeem them for RC Credit toward future orders.
How do I join Runway Catalog Rewards?
Simply create a Runway Catalog customer account. Membership is complimentary, and you can view your points, rewards, and membership status when signed in.
How do I earn RC Points?
Member-tier customers earn 2 RC Points per $1 spent on eligible purchases. Privé members earn 3 RC Points per $1. Additional opportunities to earn points may be available through your Rewards account.
How much are my RC Points worth?
Every 100 RC Points equals $1 in RC Credit. For example, 1,000 RC Points is worth $10 toward an eligible purchase.
How do I redeem my RC Points?
Sign in to your Rewards account and select an available reward. Redemptions start at 500 RC Points ($5), with a maximum of 5,000 RC Points ($50) per reward. A minimum cart value of $400 applies.
What is the difference between Member and Privé?
Member is our complimentary entry tier, earning 2 points per eligible dollar. Privé is our elevated membership tier, earning 3 points per eligible dollar and offering additional member benefits.
How do I become a Privé member?
Complete three qualifying orders within the program's applicable membership period to reach Privé status. Your progress is displayed in your Rewards account.
Do my RC Points expire?
Your RC Points do not expire. However, once you exchange points for a reward code, that code is valid for two months.
Can I earn points on Final Sale items?
Yes. Eligible Final Sale purchases can earn RC Points. Returned, refunded, cancelled, or otherwise excluded orders do not qualify.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Share your personal referral link. New customers receive 10% off their first eligible purchase, and you earn 2,000 RC Points ($20 in RC Credit) after their qualifying purchase meets the referral conditions.
Can I combine RC Credit with other discount codes?
RC Credit rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes, including the welcome discount.
