Are your items brand new or pre-owned?

Runway Catalog specializes in brand-new, unused items (not consignment). Condition details are always shown on the product page.

Do you sell consignment items?

No. We own our inventory, which allows us to ship quickly and maintain consistent quality control.

Why are your prices discounted?

We offer competitive pricing because we source from verified luxury channels, seasonal overstock, and limited allocations allowing discounts that can reach up to 85% off MSRP depending on the item.

Shipping, Duties & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Canada (Greater Montreal, Quebec).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across Canada, the USA, and many international destinations. Available shipping options and delivery estimates show at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery timing depends on destination and courier option chosen at checkout - USA 1-2 business days, Canada 1-4 business days, Europe 2-4 business days, rest of the world up to 7 business days.

Will I pay duties and taxes?
Canadá

Sales taxes are charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates based on the shipping destination. You will not be subject to duties upon delivery.

Internacional

We include taxes and duties for: UK, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, and Italy. For other destinations, duties/taxes (if any) may be assessed by local authorities.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use trusted couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post, depending on destination and service level.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we ship with Express.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Eligible items may be exchanged for store credit or another item, depending on availability and approval.

Exchange eligibility depends on the product and condition. To be considered, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging (dust bag/box if included)

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange under any circumstance. This includes (common examples):

  • Special promotions / clearance
  • Deeply discounted items
  • Select categories - Final Call
How long do I have to request an exchange?

Exchange requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated in our policy - 5 days from item delivery. Requests made outside the window may not be accepted.

Do you offer exchanges for a different size?

Yes if the size is available. Luxury inventory is limited, so exchanges are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
